I am submitting herewith, and plan to submit in the future, to Stay Thirsty Media, Inc.( “STM”) certain material(s) (“material”), including, but not limited to, articles, reviews, interviews, performances, voice-overs, readings, narrations, photographs, cartoons, music, paintings, drawings, illustrations, films, videos, stories, poems or other works that I am the sole author or creator of.  I intend this release to cover material submitted by me now and in the future.  I am voluntarily submitting this material and understand that I will not receive any compensation in return, regardless of whether this material is or is not published by STM.  I hereby grant STM permission to publish the material on its website or anywhere else, but I also understand that STM is under no obligation to publish any material I submit.   I am submitting this material for the sole purpose of the potential exposure of the material by STM on its website or elsewhere.  I understand and represent that all opinions expressed in the material are solely mine and do not reflect the opinions of STM.  I also understand that STM, if it accepts the material, reserves the right to edit and/or reformat the material within STM’s sole discretion.  I further understand that if STM publishes the material, that STM may, at any time and in its sole discretion, remove the material from such publication without incurring any liability to me.  I hereby grant STM permission to use my name, likeness, voice and biography in connection with the material I submit.

I make the following representations:  I am at least eighteen (18) years old; I understand that my execution of this Release is a requirement of any submission by me to STM; I understand that if I do not execute this Release that STM will not consider any submission of material by me; the material submitted is completely original with me and I am the sole owner of such material; I have retained a copy of the material submitted or in certain cases I have submitted a copy of the material and retained the original material, i.e. works of art; that the material does not libel, slander or defame any third party; that the material does not violate any person’s copyrights or other propriety or personal rights; I assume all risks associated with the public display of the material; I hereby release STM from any and all claims, demands and liabilities of all kinds that may arise in relation to the material; I will indemnify, protect, defend and hold STM harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, claims, demands, judgments, costs or expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, court costs and the cost of appeals, if any) incurred at any time in connection with the material or in connection with any breach by me of any of the representations or warranties contained in this Release; I understand that STM may assign this Release to others; I understand that I am not relying on representations from STM, its employees, agents or assigns that are not contained in this Release; I agree that any dispute that shall arise between me and STM shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and all costs for such arbitration shall be equally divided between me and STM.
