ICE Gayle Johnson - performance poet and photographer - is a regular on the poetry circuit in New York and recently completed a West Coast tour, reading and performing in Berkeley, San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle. She is also a founding editor of Uphook Press whose focus is to establish a community of poets across the country that enjoy reading and performing their work on the open mic.
